Note: If the pH of the water is low, the chlorine tablet will dissolve faster.

Hazards:

• May intensify fire (oxidizer).

• Harmful if swallowed.

• Causes serious eye damage.

• Very toxic to aquatic life with long-lasting effects.

• Contact with acids releases toxic gas.

Precautions:

• Keep away from heat, sparks, open flames, hot surfaces – No smoking.

• Do not mix with combustible materials.

• Avoid release to the environment.

• Wear protective gloves, clothing, eye and face protection.

If in eyes: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
If swallowed: Call a POISON CENTER or doctor if you feel unwell.
Disposal: Dispose of contents/container according to local hazardous waste regulations.
