The GRIFO PG manual grape crusher is the ideal winemaking machine for both amateur and professional wine producers.

In modern mechanized wine production, grapes are usually crushed while simultaneously being destemmed by a crusher consisting of a perforated drum with paddles rotating at speeds between 600 and 1,200 revolutions per minute.

The grapes are crushed and fall through the holes in the drum, while most of the stems exit at the end of the drum. A cylindrical crusher can also be used for this process.
