The Amolivo Olive Harvester is a professional olive harvesting machine designed for fast, efficient and controlled harvesting of different olive varieties. Featuring a powerful 800W Brushless motor, adjustable vibration speed and an innovative double-comb carbon-fibre head, it combines high performance with excellent balance and ease of use.

Powerful & Adjustable Vibration

The Amolivo is equipped with a latest-generation Brushless motor and a 6-step speed controller, allowing the operator to adjust the vibration according to the olive variety and harvesting conditions.

With an adjustable range of 700–1,550 pulses per minute and high torque at low speeds, the machine provides excellent control and efficient harvesting.

Double-Comb Carbon-Fibre Head

The Amolivo features a patented double-comb harvesting head, manufactured in Greece, incorporating:

• 2 eccentric mechanisms
• 2 connecting rods
• Steel gears
• 8 carbon-fibre rods
• 5mm carbon-fibre elements

The two separate bases form a V-shaped configuration, providing a maximum harvesting width of 54cm. The specially designed mechanism offers excellent balance and controlled closing of the combs, helping prevent unnecessary cutting or damage to branches.

The carbon-fibre rods are securely mounted using specially designed elastic mouldings, providing a strong and reliable construction for demanding professional use.

800W Brushless Motor

The powerful 800W Brushless motor delivers high torque and efficient operation while allowing the user to precisely adjust the vibration intensity.

The machine features an updated control switch, a 6-step speed controller, and a reinforced, fully waterproof control board with memory function.

A dedicated cable-release socket also makes handling the power cable easier in the field.

Designed for Edible Olives

The Amolivo is equipped with protective carbon-fibre guards, allowing safe harvesting of table olives such as Kalamata and Chalkidiki olives.

The specially designed protection helps the olives detach efficiently while minimizing impact and reducing the risk of fruit damage.

Telescopic Reach

The Amolivo has an initial length of 2.30m and can reach up to 3.30m with the optional 1.0m extension, making it suitable for reaching higher branches while maintaining good handling and control.

High Harvesting Performance

With an estimated harvesting capacity of 200–270kg of olives per hour, the Amolivo is designed to meet the demands of professional olive harvesting.

Its lightweight construction, weighing approximately 2.3kg without the cable, combined with its balanced head design, helps provide comfortable handling during extended use.

Power Supply

The Amolivo can be powered by:

• 80A–100A battery
• Generator with the manufacturer’s voltage stabilizer

With an 80A battery, it is suitable for approximately 8 hours of professional operation.

The machine includes a 13m power cable, providing convenient freedom of movement during harvesting.
