The MINOS NIK GOLD PRO FULL CARBON 4×4 BRUSHLESS is a professional olive harvesting tool designed for efficient harvesting across different types of olive trees.
Using a pulsating vibration movement rather than rotation, the harvesting head works with controlled oscillations. The vibration speed can be adjusted according to the olive variety and harvesting conditions, providing the operator with greater control and flexibility in the field.
Advanced 4×4 Independent Movement
The head features a 4×4 independent movement system, allowing each hemisphere to move independently. This advanced configuration provides an efficient pulsating action and helps the carbon-fibre rods penetrate more effectively into the tree canopy.

32 Carbon-Fibre Rods
The harvesting head is equipped with 32 carbon-fibre rods, combining flexibility with durability for efficient olive harvesting.
The rods can be replaced individually and easily using pliers, even directly in the field. With a replacement cost of approximately €2 per rod, maintenance is simple and economical.
Durable Metal Gears
The head is equipped with metal gears designed for demanding use and backed by a 5-year warranty.
A dedicated grease nipple allows easy lubrication of the gears, helping maintain smooth operation and extend the service life of the mechanism.
Powerful 1000W Brushless Motor
The new 1000W Brushless motor provides strong and efficient performance, while the integrated speed controller allows the user to adjust the operating speed according to the olive variety and harvesting requirements.
A single safety pin on the motor provides additional security during operation.
The system can be used with 12V and 24V electrical olive harvesting setups, offering flexibility depending on the available power supply.
Full Carbon-Fibre Shaft
The 2.35m carbon-fibre shaft provides an excellent combination of low weight, strength and rigidity, making the tool easier to handle during extended harvesting sessions.
An optional 0.60–0.80m extension is available when additional reach is required.
High Harvesting Performance
The MINOS NIK GOLD PRO is designed to achieve a harvesting performance of approximately 280–350kg of olives per hour, depending on the olive variety, tree condition and harvesting conditions.
The 15-metre flexible 2×3mm silicone cable provides convenient freedom of movement in the field and is designed for demanding outdoor use.
