HOW TO USE:

1. Wash and prepare the grapes or fruit before pressing.
2. Place the fruit inside the pressing basket.
3. Position a suitable clean container underneath the outlet to collect the juice.
4. Slowly operate the press mechanism to apply pressure to the fruit.
5. Continue pressing until the desired amount of juice has been extracted.
6. Release the pressure and remove the pressed fruit.
7. Clean and dry the press thoroughly after each use.

IMPORTANT:
For best results, do not overload the 2L basket and apply pressure gradually. The fruit should be clean and suitable for pressing. For winemaking, use clean and sanitised equipment and containers to minimise the risk of contamination.
