📦 FILTERS INCLUDED

The Rover Colombo 18 Oil is supplied with its filtration filters, allowing you to use the system for wine filtration straight away.

Additional replacement filters are also available and can be ordered separately upon request, depending on the filtration requirements and intended use.

🔧 HOW TO USE FOR WINE FILTRATION

1. Place the pump on a stable and level surface.
2. Connect the suction hose to the inlet and the outlet hose to the clean receiving container.
3. Install the appropriate filter sheets between the 18 filtration plates.
4. Make sure all hoses and connections are securely fitted.
5. Place the suction hose into the container containing the wine or must.
6. Start the pump and allow the liquid to pass through the filtration system.
7. Monitor the flow and filtration process during operation.
8. Collect the filtered wine in a clean and sanitised container.
9. When filtration is complete, stop the pump and clean the equipment thoroughly.

⚠️ IMPORTANT FOR SAFE USE

• Use the pump only with liquids compatible with the equipment.
• For filtration, the liquid should contain a relatively low amount of suspended solids.
• Do not operate the pump unnecessarily without liquid.
• Check all hose connections before starting the pump.
• Always use clean and sanitised hoses, containers and filtration components when working with wine.
• Disconnect the electrical supply before cleaning, changing filter sheets or performing maintenance.
• Keep the motor and electrical components away from water and spilled liquids.
• Clean the liquid passages thoroughly after each use.
• Do not exceed the recommended operating conditions of the pump.
