Powerful BOSCH 400W Motor

The machine is equipped with a BOSCH 400W DC electric motor, operating at up to 2,000 rpm @ 16V DC.

The motor is combined with a 35A ON/OFF switch and a reduction mechanism that converts the motor’s rotary movement into the pulsating movement required by the harvesting head.

The ASTERAS CF can operate using a generator or an 80–100Ah battery with a converter. It can also be connected to a car battery with the appropriate converter.

Lightweight Carbon-Fibre Construction

The 2.50m carbon-fibre shaft combines strength with reduced weight, making the machine easier to handle during extended harvesting sessions.

At approximately 2.9kg, the ASTERAS CF offers a good balance between power, reach and handling comfort.

A 1-metre extension is also available as an optional accessory, increasing the overall reach when required.

Professional Harvesting Performance

The ASTERAS CF provides an estimated harvesting capacity of 180–220kg of olives, making it suitable for demanding harvesting applications.

The 15-metre power cable provides generous freedom of movement in the field, while the pulsating vibration system is designed for efficient olive detachment.

The system can be paired with the ANGELIS 100Ah deep-cycle battery, a maintenance-free sealed battery designed for both starting and discharge applications.

ANGELIS 9-Stage Battery Charger

The compatible ANGELIS charger features a 9-stage charging system with a maintenance stage designed to help protect and maintain the battery.

The digital LCD touchscreen provides real-time information including:

• Temperature

It also includes protection against reverse polarity, overvoltage, overheating and short circuits, as well as a battery recovery function and child-safety mode.

The charger can charge a 100Ah battery in approximately 6 hours.
